We're excited to share our work revitalizing a commercial kitchen exhaust system in Gallup, NM. This project involved a comprehensive cleaning of the kitchen's exhaust system—from the shiny hoods inside the kitchen all the way up to the rooftop fans. It was all about ensuring that the kitchen remained not just clean but safe for everyone involved.
