This project involved, cleaning and repair of a gas fireplace insert. My fireplace would not ignite, even though the pilot light was clearly visibly lit. From this company, I received an immediate reply to my request placed on Yelp. Thry were punctual. Professional behavior, friendly, and easy to interact with; Quickly identified the problems that needed to be repaired. It had been quite some since this fireplace had been serviced, and thus an enormous amount of dust had accumulated. They cleaned it thoroughly, and used dust abatement procedures, so that my house looked just fine when they were all done. Fireplace now is working like new, and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

After calling what felt like every company in Albuquerque and being told that they don’t work on gas fireplaces and they don’t know anyone who does, I finally found Devyn. He came out same-day and had both my gas fireplaces working perfectly in 45 minutes. He was quick, helpful, friendly, and incredibly professional. I’ve already given his information to multiple people who were having the same trouble as me - getting flippant and downright rude answers from our big name companies here in town for a service that is very needed
My wife and i have a home with an older gas fireplace which had not been used since 2018. We hired this company to inspect and check our system. We were lucky, our pilot light and sensors were fine, they just needed cleaning and adjustment. We recommend this firm for small appliance needs, they are smart, punctual, and reasonable.
Excellent and very well knowledgeable
We are very happy with the professionalism of this company. Very quick contact to question and making an appointment. Very fair pricing. Very knowledgeable gave us good information. The stove vent and the exhaust fan and motor cleaned now it looks like new. Gas fireplace cleaned and fixed the starter control module now it starts up right away. Will be calling them again when the kitchen vent needs degreasing. Amy one who cook and fry’s a lot call them you need this service
Very good experience! I lost my regular guy during Covid so was taking a chance with these men. They were in and out in a timely and efficient fashion. Professional, good communicators, pleasant to have around (my dogs didn’t bark at them). I set up my next appt with them in September.
